UPDATE: "He's still doing great and is full of energy, he's such a sweetie and just fits in so well, I can't imagine not having
him in our little family. The photo of him sleeping is his favorite way to sleep! He loves being on his back, and he's had a
couple baths now, he likes to play in the mud! He loves his brothers and sisters and his pooh bear!! "

Little Hannah has a new great home with a sweet big brother named Jackson. He's a two year
old chihuahua and one day she will be his size. She even has a new name: Annie. She has the
best new family ever!
"Hannah/Annie is doing great! She has come completely out of her shell! We recently had
guests and she walked right up to them ready to play. All she wants to do is play then she
wants one of us to hold her until she falls asleep shes very sweet :) I hope to get some
pictures/video of her this weekend to send to you. Also I am going to mail the check tomorrow
am, I'll just send it to the vet to save you the trip. I'll keep you posted on how she is doing."

Taz really lucked up! He got a great new mom and a big brother.
He wandered up to a Jefferson police officers home where he
didn't quite fit, but he fits in great with mom, Michelle and
brother Sage.
"Taz is really very, very sweet (seriously). He is a little love bug
sometimes and then there are others where he will give my Mom a little
love nip and make her bleed all night. :) He bit my leg the other night
and it hurt like crap. I yelped and said "NO"! Sage immediately came
over and popped him in the head 4 times...right, left, right, left. Taz
never saw it coming. Sage is a little jealous. My parents were up this
past weekend and by this morning, Sage would not even let Daddy pet
him. He kept popping Daddy's hand with his paw. Jealous Big Brother!
I am trying to make sure I pay him attention because Taz will be sure
that he gets what he needs. They really are doing really good together
overall"

Left behind to fend for himself, Abraham had
given up. Laying in ants, waiting to die, his
angel of mercy came along just in the nick of
time. She fed him, bathed him, brought him in
from the elements and even took him to see a
doggie doctor. Then they found out .. he is
about eight years old, not neutered, heartworm
positive and has an inoperable fistual in his
mouth.. The cards could not have been more
stacked against this little fella. But Becky would
not give up on him. So out went the emails....
And yes there was the perfect forever family for
him. A retired couple of empty nesters. They
don't even mind if he snores at night!
Though it broke his rescue mom's heart, she
new it was his time and he had found the
perfect forever family for him..
His new name is Jackson. We wish him and his
family years of sweet memories and fun happy
times! He is the reason we do what we do.
